Title: Registered Nurse – Cardiac Care
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Hospital – Cardiac Telemetry
Location: Kansas City, MO
Schedule: Full-time 3x12, day/night shifts available
Pay: Competitive based on experience with shift differentials, with generous employer-paid benefits
Sign-on bonus: Up to 12k for days, and up to 30k for nights - 2-year commitment
The Cardiac Care RN will be responsible for the following duties:
- Take care of patients recovering from open heart surgeries, heart catheterization with stent placement, ablations, pace maker/AICD placement, cardiovascular surgeries
- Provide nursing care is in accordance with hospital policies and procedures, applicable state Nursing Practice Acts, ANA Standards of Practice and the generic and unit structure standards
- ASN and active RN license in MO
- 1 year of RN experience in any setting
- BLS upon hire, ACLS obtained 6 months within start date
